My interest in spiders had a little tough start, having a mother and sister hysterical afraid of spiders. Especially the house spiders (Tegenaria atrica, Eratigena atrica) showwing up at our place. Their fobia also made me afraid of these big spiders as a child. Fortunately this passed, and now i'm very fascinated and interested in these wonderful creatures.

In this gallery i will post my spider photos (obviously). It will be photos taken for purpose to do a correct identification of species, but also more artistic pictures.  Please let me know if some species name is incorrect
